Yes — completely. There are no paid tiers, no subscriptions, and no license keys. Every feature, including unlimited Quick Saves, categories, and Run All, is free for everyone.
No. TabVault stores everything in Chrome's local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to any server, and your saved tabs are never uploaded anywhere.
Yes. TabVault captures the exact video timestamp and resumes it automatically the next time you open that saved tab.
No. TabVault works entirely without an account or sign-up. All your saved tabs live in Chrome's local storage on your device.
Open the TabVault popup, find the tab or category you saved, and click its Run button (or Run All for a whole category). The tab reopens at the exact scroll position or video timestamp it had when you saved it.
TabVault saves the URL and scroll position for any website. Video timestamp restore works for YouTube and any site using standard HTML5 video players.
TabVault stores data locally per device, so your saves on one computer are separate from another. Simply install TabVault on each device you want to use it on.
Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data along with it. Since nothing is backed up to a server, be sure to run any tabs you still need before you uninstall.
